Your personal data
We process your personal data in different ways depending on the type of contact, relationship, and purpose. Read more below about the different types of processing.
Visits to our website
Purpose
When you visit our website, we collect information about visitors’ behaviour in order to deliver personalised ads, optimise the website and user experience, if you give your consent in the cookie banner. This information is primarily statistical. If consent is not given, your personal data will only be processed via cookies that are essential for the basic functions of the website (technically necessary).
Legal basis for processing
When we process the collected personal data for marketing, statistical, or functional purposes, this is based on the consent provided through the cookie banner, cf. the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Article 6(1)(a). If consent is not given, your personal data will be processed on the basis of Nordic Well Group’s legitimate interest in delivering the website content to you as a user, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
Categories of personal data
The collected information includes aggregated website traffic, referral sources, visit time, most visited page, device, operating system, country, and browser. In addition, the IP address is collected in anonymised form in order to determine the number of unique visitors to the website.
Recipients of personal data
We share the information with our data processors in connection with, for example, hosting the website. In certain cases, your personal data is disclosed to third-party providers through cookies. You can read more about this processing in our cookie policy.
Storage of personal data
The collected information is stored solely for the purposes to which you provide your explicit consent. You can read more about the specific retention periods in our cookie policy.
Automated decisions and profiling
The collected information is neither used for profiling nor for making automated decisions. Profiling means automated processing of personal data with the purpose of evaluating or predicting personal aspects, such as behaviour, preferences, or financial circumstances.
Transfers to recipients in third countries
In some cases, it may be necessary to transfer your personal data to recipients in countries outside the EU, including countries without equivalent data protection laws. Such transfers will only take place when necessary for the purposes mentioned in this personal data protection statement, or as required by applicable law. The transfers take place only as a consequence of using our data processors in order to provide our services and products.
We take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected during such transfers. Your information will mainly be processed in countries where the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision regarding the level of protection. If your information is transferred to third countries without an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission are used. You can contact us at kundeservice@wellvita.dk for a copy of these.
Consent
If you wish to withdraw your consent or object to our processing of your personal data, please contact us at kundeservice@wellvita.dk.
Please note that withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. It also does not affect the processing of your personal data based on another lawful basis, such as compliance with legal obligations or the pursuit of legitimate interests.

Right of access (insight): You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a number of additional details.
